Your Dream Dress at Home!  Virtual Consultation & At Home Try On

We can’t wait to see you in person soon, but until then we are still here to help you find your dream dress!  Since you can’t come to us, we are bringing the dress experience to you.  Introducing the new Elegance by Roya Virtual Experience!
Schedule a FaceTime or Zoom consultation with one of our experienced stylists to guide you through available dresses in our inventory.
    • Send us your dream dress pictures and Pinterest board prior to your virtual appointment.
    • We recommend all brides who are booking a virtual appointment to visit our Pinterest board ( in order to select which styles they would like to see during the virtual appointment.  Please note, the dresses in our Pinterest board are grouped by each store location, so make sure you are selecting based off of which appointment location you have.
    • Please either book a virtual appointment online or over the phone.
    • During each virtual appointment we will be able to assist through FaceTime or Zoom.
    • One of our stylists will guide you through different styles and designers in order to find your dream dress.
    • While on the call, we will discuss sizing, event details, etc., in order to help you narrow down to your top 3 favorites.
    • Pricing:
      • A security deposit of $150 per dress will be charged to your card.  Your card number will be held securely on file.
      • The maximum number of dresses that you can take home at a time is up to 3 dresses per round, with a maximum number of 2 rounds (this number may be lowered if demand is high). If a second round of dresses are requested, then the first round of dresses must be returned before the new set is picked up.  Your deposit will be held until the second round of dresses are returned to our store.
      • If you say “Yes to the Dress!” then the full deposit amount will go towards your dress balance.
      • If you do not select a dress with us, all deposits will be refunded except for a non-refundable $150 service fee.
    • Time frame:  You will have 4 days from the time you receive the dresses to drop them back off.
    • Store policy:  Curbside pickup and drop off will be available during our normal weekday business hours (not available on weekends).  All credit card and personal information will be security held on file while dresses are out of our store.  If dresses are damaged, extra fees will apply.  If dresses are not returned within the allotted timeframe then there is a late fee of $50 per day applied.  Once the dresses have been returned, they will all be treated with disinfectant and steamed at a high temperature in order to remove any bacteria.
    • We will be with you every step of the way!
    • Once you have picked up your favorites, we will schedule a virtual try-on appointment in order to assist you with any questions you may have once you have the dress on at home.  Our experienced stylists will be there to guide you through the process.
